Dr. Venter seems to have found out that he is rather prone to Alzheimer's disease. Since he has to believe that  rather than that he can conquer it by the power of his soul/mind coordination

, he probably will get the said disease. Let us hope that he does not have to. His feat is definitely outstanding!
